Great news! After nearly a year of planning, Maine's community colleges are offering over a dozen new training opportunities in information technology starting this summer.
Thanks to a major grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, the seven colleges are launching innovative courses and programs to address the growing need for skilled information technology workers across many industries and in all parts of the state.
When combined with the new BS-IT program being offered this fall through USM, CMCC, SMCC, and YCCC young and adult learners who are sparked by computing technology now have many new learning pathways to explore and pursue. Right here in Maine!
